RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW:

We have a 30-day guarantee policy for the Original and Decal SeatBrella®.

Special Notice:

The Original and Decal Seatbrella® are eligible for return.

The Custom-branded logo SeatBrella® is eligible for exchange only (see the Exchange Policy).

RETURN POLICY:

You can return the Original and Decal SeatBrella® up to 30 days from the ship date listed on the Packing Slip to receive a refund less the original shipping and handling charges, which returns will be made in accordance with the below Terms and Conditions.

No refunds:

    • Merchandise returned 30 days after the ship date listed on your packing slip.
    • Merchandise damaged by misuse, including improper washing, drying and ironing. See product care instructions for proper care.
    • Custom-branded logo (personalized) Seatbrella® products. These products can be exchanged for a replacement of the same product when returned within 30 days of the ship date listed on the Packing Slip. Custom-branded products are the items that have a registered logo, trademark, artwork, trade or brand name or an event (of a company, team, organization, school, etc.) personalized on the Seatbrella®. These items are special order (made to order) and were produced to support a fundraiser, charity, social or business activity or to commemorate an event. If there is a manufacturing error, all custom-branded logo products can be exchanged for a replacement of the same logo product.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Send your Return Package, including the Packing Slip, to the fulfillment center listed below.

    • You are responsible for paying all return shipping charges, which must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. Send your return package to the fulfillment center listed below.
    • To track your package (recommended), use a company that provides tracking service.
    • Upon receipt of your package:
      • We will refund your purchase price in the same manner of your payment. The refund will equal the purchase price for the same quantity of units received at our fulfillment center.
      • Shipping charges are not refunded for any returns (or exchanges).
      • Please allow 7 business days from the receipt of your return for the credit refund to be processed.

You can return your merchandise up to 30 days from the ship date listed on your Packing Slip for a replacement of the same logo product, which exchanges will be made in accordance with the below Terms and Conditions.
