1. Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card, as well as PayPal.

3. Can I order by regular mail and pay by check or money order?
Yes.
Mail an Order form and your check or money order made payable to Seatbrella, Inc. for the total purchase price (Cost plus S&H, plus Sales tax for TX residents, add 8.25%) to the below address.
After we receive and process your payment, your order will be shipped to you in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

SHIPPING
1. When will my order ship?
Your order will ship after we receive payment from you and our order processing is completed. After the order is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of the Original SeatBrella®. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of all Decal SeatBrella® and all Custom-branded (personalized) logo SeatBrella® products, which are special order products. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a Shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. Your product will be mailed via USPS Priority Mail. If you have any questions concerning the status of your order, please contact our customer service department at cs@seatbrella.com.

2. Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we do ship to PO boxes.
You will process your order using your billing address information. In the shipment address field, you will include the PO Box address.

3. What are my shipping and handling charges?
Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page.
Based on the number of items ordered, the shipping and handling charges will vary. We ship via USPS Priority Mail.

1. What is the SeatBrella®?
It is a car seat protector designed for temporary use to protect car seats from sweat, dirt, mud and water after all running, fitness, sports and beach activities. It is waterproof, soft, lightweight, comfortable to sit on, washable and durable. The best feature is that it folds to form a small packable pouch for convenient storage, which helps keep the interior of a car neater.

5. How do I form the packable pouch?
The Seatbrella® is shipped already stored within its packable pouch (storage case).
Unfold to use:

      • Open the Velcro strips of the packable pouch.
      • Pull out the Seatbrella®.

Fold to form packable pouch:

      • Place one hand on each side of the pocket opening, located on back of hood.
      • Invert the pocket to form the packable pouch for storage.
      • Press together the Velcro strips to close.

Storage:

      • Store the pouch under your car seat or in the glove compartment or car trunk.
      • Packable pouch keeps your car’s interior neater.

6. Product care instructions:

Wash:

      • Machine or hand wash
      • Cold water only
      • No Bleach
      • Non Bleach detergent

Dry:

      • Air or line or drip dry only (only takes a few minutes to dry)
      • Do not place in dryer (may harden, crack or melt)
      • Do not iron or expose to temperatures ≥ 200 degrees Fahrenheit (F).

7. Can I use it as a permanent seat cover?

      • No. The SeatBrella® is not a permanent car seat cover. It is a car seat protector (Safe. Effective. It Works!) designed only for temporary protection purposes.
      • The fabric was manufactured to protect car seats from perspiration, dirt, mud, water and odors. Great to use after participating in sports, workouts, construction work and other activities. When not in use, simply remove and store in its packable pouch
      • The product is safe and works perfectly for its designed purpose and use as a temporary “car seat protector”. Damages to a car seat may occur when used as a permanent car seat cover.
      • Do not use as a mat or protector for an infant car seat; or as a seat protector after dye or paint color events; or as a permanent car seat cover. SeatBrella®, Inc.shall not be liable for any damage caused by misuse of the product and is only liable for the replacement cost of the product.

PRICING AND BILLING
1. Do I have to pay sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax in any state where we have a physical presence. As a Texas based company, we charge sales tax to all orders shipped to an address in Texas (TX Sales tax rate is 8.25%, which is charged to the Total Amount).

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

1. Merchandise is defective. What do I do now?

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, see the Exchange Policy or Return Policy sections for the process and Terms and Conditions.

2. What is the Exchange Policy?

We have a 30-day guarantee policy for all products.

Special Notice:

          All products can be exchanged for a replacement of the same logo product.

Policy includes Custom-branded logo (personalized) products, which are eligible for exchange only.

Exchange Policy:
You can return your merchandise up to 30 days from the ship date listed on your Packing Slip for a replacement of the same logo product, which exchanges will be made in accordance with the below Terms and Conditions.

No Exchange (or refund) will be made for any product:

        • Returned 30 days after the ship date listed on your packing slip.
        • Damaged by misuse of the product, including improper washing, drying or ironing (see product care instructions).

Terms and Conditions:
Send you Return Package, including the Packing Slip, to the fulfillment center listed below.

        • You are responsible for paying all return shipping charges, which must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
        • To track your package (recommended), use a company that provides this service.
        • Upon receipt of your package:
          • We will mail to you a replacement Seatbrella® equal to the same logo and quantity of units received.
          • Shipping and handling charges are not refunded for any exchanges or returns, but there is no additional charge to you for shipping and handling when we mail replacements to you.

3. What is the Return Policy?

We have a 30-day money back guarantee policy for the Original and Decal SeatBrella®.

Special Notice:

          The Original and Decal Seatbrella® are eligible for return.

The Custom-branded logo SeatBrella® is eligible for exchange only (see the Exchange Policy).

Return Policy:
You can return the Original and Decal SeatBrella® up to 30 days from the ship date listed on the Packing Slip to receive a refund less the original shipping and handling charges, which returns will be made in accordance with the below Terms and Conditions.

No Refunds:

          • Merchandise returned 30 days after the ship date listed on your packing slip.
          • Merchandise damaged by misuse, including improper washing, drying or ironing (see product care instructions).
          • Custom-branded logo products.

These are products that have a registered logo, trademark, artwork, trade or brand name or an event (of a company, team, organization, school, etc.) personalized on the Seatbrella®. These items are special order (made to order) and were produced to support a fundraiser, charity, social or business activity or to commemorate an event. If there is a manufacturing error, all custom-branded logo products can be exchanged for a replacement of the same logo product. See the Exchange Policy.

Terms and Conditions:
Send your Return Package, including the Packing Slip, to the fulfillment center listed below.

        • You are responsible for paying all return shipping charges, which must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
        • To track your package (recommended), use a company that provides tracking service.
        • Upon receipt of your package:
          • We will refund your purchase price in your original form of payment equal to the purchase price for the same quantity of units received (Total purchase price less shipping and handling).
          • Shipping and handling charges are not refunded for any returns or exchanges.
          • Please allow 7 business days from receipt of your return for credit to be processed.

We take security very seriously. All credit card and personal information is encrypted utilizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server technology before being transmitted over the internet.

All information that you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection and held completely confidential.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
